  • When will I get my order?

    Planners

    Standard delivery - 2-3 business days
    Expedited delivery - 1 business day

    Refills

    Standard delivery - 2-3 business days

  • Can I track my order?

    You can track your planner by clicking the tracking link in the dispatch confirmation email. It is not currently possible to track refills.

  • I ordered a planner and a refill but only one has arrived

    We currently dispatch planners and refills from different warehouses so it is normal that they will arrive separately.

  • My order hasn't arrived

    If the expected delivery date has passed and you haven't yet received your order feel free to contact us at hello@rocket-productivity.co for help.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    To give you the best possible service we dispatch orders as soon as possible after they have been placed. This means it's not always possible to cancel an order. If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rocket-productivity.co and we will endeavour to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • I want to return my item

    We're only happy when you're happy which is why we offer a 60 day return period. Contact us at hello@rocket-productivity.co for help.

  • How long will it take to process my return?

    It can take up to 10 working days to process a return and issue a refund. Once a refund is issued it can take some time to appear on your account depending on your bank.
